Cakes
We will personally work with you to create anything from the magical wedding cake you have always dreamt of to a beautiful timeless cake to celebrate your child's first birthday. We strive to deliver the very best quality and taste to every single one of our creations.
Pastries, Cakes & Cookies
We can provide daily deliveries of individual pastries, cookies, macarons and viennoiserie directly to your door. We are happy to produce your products using your recipes or we can discuss what you are looking for, and assist in bringing your vision to life by using our recipes. We are currently working with selected retail bakery shops and hotels in the tri-state area, mainly New York City. Consulting
We provide two different consulting options:
One: Are you looking for help with your new retail store (bakery) or for your existing one? We are happy to propose a consulting package to help you set up and/or reorganize your existing operation and align ourselves with your goals for success.
Two: Our two experienced french chefs specialize in pastries and viennoiseries (croissants, chocolate bread, cookies, etc.). They could personally help set up your bakery kitchen and/or create and train you and your staff on a wide range of deliverables. We could be onsite as little or as much as you would like.
